What makes this place amazing is how professional and courteous the staff are. I have always had pleasant experiences. Been going to this location for the past four years. They usually have what I am looking for 99.9 % of the time and if they don't they will order it for you or direct you to where you can purchase the item you are looking for. Truly a small town gem. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience here!!! My son and I ran out of paint on Sunday afternoon of Labour Day weekend and this was the only store within an hour of us that was open. So we took a chance and arrived at the store 5 minutes before close with a request for paint tinting. I felt bad to ask, but all the staff in the store jumped into action the second I arrived (esp the young man in the paint dept!). This was the last can of 7 gallons; we’ve been painting my son’s new home for weeks and it was SO satisfying to be able to finish on the weekend. Thank you extremely much to all you folks for being so patient and accommodating 🙂 🙂

I love these small town stores!! You never know what you'll find. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable... Were able to match up a mystery bolt with ease. Something that would have taken me hours to accomplish on my own.
This place is so much more than just a hardware store... Certainly worth checking out.

Amazing customer service. They ran out of tint paint for the 3 stain gallons I needed. The lady said they would have more in the morning and she would call me when done. I got the call sooner than expected and when I arrived, they were waiting at the front door. You won't get that type of service at Home Depot. Great experience.

I didn't realize this was "ladies week" in the hardware until we were already shopping. They made sure to come tell me and then when there was a mistake with my receipt (there was just a situation that had happened with something else in the store, so it was quite chaotic), they were so apologetic and helpful to fix it. There were so many perks with the ladies week too! The staff are all so friendly and amazing to deal with! Will absolutely shop there again!
