I stayed at GK3 apartment in Prescott for about 7 months. I needed a place to stay while I was in transition. I enjoyed my stay there. It was a calm place, the other tenants were kind, quiet and respectful of others.

I had once a water leak behind my toilet, and they fixed it within a few days (like 1 or 2 business days). I don’t think the opportunity will come again, but if I would need to stay there again, I would consider it for sure.

Great property & location, easily walk to many amenities in the area as well as taxi service. Dhar is very quick to address any issues should they arise. I rented a two bedroom apartment for many years from the GK3 Group they have been very prompt and professional. Units are affordable and well maintained.

I have lived in GK3 apartments in Prescott for 16 years. The owners were different but the quality of maintenance has always been excellent. I have had very few issues in my apartment but when I have it has always been handled as soon as possible.
The buildings are very clean and well maintained and the tenants have always been treated with respect.

I was nervous striking out on my own in an apartment and GK3 put me at ease. The property manager is very accessible, responsive, and reasonable. The units are well maintained inside and out.

Prescott is a neat small town with essential services and access to more in Brockville, Kingston, or Ottawa.

Although I have only been renting for a few months now, I have had no complaints.
The Property and Operations Managers communicate clearly and generally seem to be doing their best to maintain the apartments and quickly address any issues or concerns a tenant may have.

This is a lovely apartment, just a short walk from many amenities. The building has an on-site laundry room, free parking space and it’s been quiet so far. The property manager is also very responsive.

Great place to live with good rent prices. Extra parking is available for decent price. Previous property manager was great and accommodating and so is new one. I once requested to pay my rent a few days late due to having to have my car fixed and he was very understanding about this, which not many landlords will do. My air conditioner was leaking and they promptly brought in a floor unit for me to use while they waited for parts to fix my main one. Pet friendly as well which is great and they are always quick in fixing anything maintenance wise which is really great.
