My elderly father had infected his computer with so many viruses(?) that it would only beep like crazy and show many active screens that were all spam and code when you opened it up.
Not only did Vicki fix it overnight, he managed to save everything that was on the computer and have all my Dad's stuff seamlessly up and running (at less than half the cost quoted by Geek Squad/Bestbuy). I'm going to bring Vicki my other slow laptops to see what magic he can perform on them too! I highly recommend Vicki's service.

It was really a great experience with Vicky. My hard drive crashed, and he recovered most of my data and fixed the computer again.
