One of the best cell phone repairs shops in the gta. I went to this location 2 hour prior to closing and they fixed my wife’s broken screen right before closing definitely recommended if you want your phone fixed also in a reasonable time.

I had amazing experience at this store, I recently purchased apple watch and got terrible screen protector at other store due to which my watch had lot of bubbles and dust as well inside. After few days, I went here and they provide me screen protector for my watch but no bubble inside at all and clear protector. Kudos to you guys! Keep up the good work! Please visit if you guys want to have screen protector for apple watch without any second thought.

They tell you to come over the phone and that they can fix the issue they know what’s going on. Once you get there the guy acts like he has no idea what is wrong and says he has to diagnose the issue and that prices can vary from 150 - 400 which is a big jump in price. Then proceeds to ask for $25 payment upfront which he says will only be refunded if they can’t fix the device. Which I then told him you guys stated that you know the issue and told me over the phone it should only be 165 and max 180. This is super misleading and is completely different than what is said in person. If that’s the case and the issue is more than what we originally discussed we then they should be calling us to ask if we want them to go through with it or not and from that point if the price is higher than we normally agreed or they can’t fix then we should be entitled to get that $25 back regardless.

In late August, I brought my iPad in for repairs, and after the service, it was completely erased, leaving us locked out of the device. Once we finally unlocked it, we noticed the same screen issues that were present before the repair reappeared within just 1.5 months. To my surprise, I was told I’d need to pay the full repair price of $370 again. This is especially frustrating, considering a quick search shows that the same screen costs around $100 on Amazon, with a 90-day warranty. Additionally, I was told that the damage to my iPad could only occur if it was dropped or tampered with. This is odd since it’s a work device that stays stationary on my desk and never moves. Truly ridiculous!!!

Edit: The owner's reply mention a few things I would like to address.

1. The word examination is being thrown around very loosely. Looking at the ipad and saying it might have fallen hence the dead pixels is an assumption not a examination. Who's to say the screen and digitizer put in is not faulty. The only damage on ipad is dead pixels, no screen crack nothing so it being claimed to be physical damage is confusing.

2. How the ipad started to work again is of no concern, however it being reset without permission is definitely of concern . On initial drop off the ipad passcode was asked and provided for, not permission to factory reset and erase the device. Which also confuses me why do u need to login to my ipad after fixing the screen? You can see the screen on lock screen.

3. This ipad stays in one spot all day chances of misuse are highly unlikely. I mentioned this at store as well, if the exact same part that was installed once by you guys needs repair then it is possible that part is faulty.

4. Let’s address the screen protector situation. Why is it I got ipad back in august 22nd but I had to wait like 3 weeks to get the screen protector because your team never told us when it arrived and after calling to inquire about it you guys kept saying it will arrive soon. I should have gotten the screen protector same day as ipad that's what I paid for.

Great service. I have no signal on my phone after I dropped it . He fixed it in an hour. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend this store for cell phone repairs.
