I saw a Canquest ad in the newspaper approx. a year ago, about the Mesh Wi-Fi System, sounded great, thought I'd give it a try. While I was in the store picking up the components, they informed me of their internet service and the great prices. It was an easy switch-over, I've been using it for a year now, and I'm very happy with the service and the Mesh system. Recently I noticed that the LED indicator on one of the Mesh units wasn't working so I brought it into the store. They tested it, it was defective, they programmed a new one for me and sent me on my way again. Very friendly and helpful sales and service! Highly recommended!!

I've been with them for about three years, never had any issue with the service, my internet was fairly decent for the price. However, after a fire in my building displaced me from my home on McNaughton Avenue West, the response from Canquest has been abysmal at best. Having been under a severe amount of stress, adjusting to a new temporary living arrangement while struggling to get any information about my home or even assistance from the city, it took me a couple months to get around to contacting them about the situation, during which I was billed for internet service in a building that had its electricity shut off and deemed uninhabitable.

Canquest Support has had no sympathy for my situation, the only options initially given being to continue billing me for a service I had no way of using at a reduced price, or completely cancelling my service, with a reactivation fee along with the cost of a new modem as they say mine is outdated. They refuse to reimburse me for the months they charged after my displacement, and only once I pushed back did they offer to waive the reactivation fee, where I would still need to pay for the new modem.

I am beyond disgusted that they only seem to care about getting as much money as possible out of this situation, and I expected much better of a company located so close to where I live. I am still without my home and the money they refuse to give back is money I need more than ever during this difficult time.

The internet itself was great for the price, it's decently fast and cheaper than a lot of others in Chatham. But the company shows no care or compassion for customers facing unexpected hardships. I feel betrayed by a service provider I had trusted and relied on for so long.

This is the best company ever for someone who is deaf. First live chat with Dev got my order in and changed it for me at my request. Very articulate and accommodating. Best CSR that I have ever dealt with
Best of all on my work order he put my phone number and text only huge pat on the back.
Aaron the installer texted to say that he was on his way. So awesome as last three service persons from other companies never text and never showed up what a waste of my time.
Aaron was very professional during my install explained what he was doing every step of the way. Double checked to verify that equipment was working properly. His his humour while working was contagious. Even during the storms this weekend my satellite tv didn't blink.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing wifi or tv services. Pleasant and prompt. Kudos to Canquest for employing great staff.

I decided to subscribe with Canquest for my Internet and VOIP phone service back in September,2022 because from the onset into their company I was greeted by REAL friendly, courteous personnel who introduced me to their products and answered my questions. How refreshing, rather than having to do business over the phone! I recently had problems with my phone. Without having to book a long time scheduled appointment, their IT personnel immediately took action troubleshooting the problem over the phone and physically troubleshooted the equipment along with my phone. Turns out my phone was the problem. Everything is currently in working order with the new phone. If you want friendly, courteous and knowledgeable Admin and IT personnel service from a reliable, dependable internet company, I highly recommend Canquest. Check them out on your next internet, phone and TV service search.

Hi folks
In I believe it was 2016 or 2017.
I called Bell Canada to inquire why my elderly mother was having to pay $70.00 a month for her phone bill.
I asked them if they would please give her a cheap rate she only needed her phone for local calls.
I will quote to you what their reply was.
They said no we can not do that it is impossible.
I couldn't believe it.

So when I found out that Canquest was offering people in chatham/kent Ontario Canada a good rate of $19.95 plus tax.

I jumped on the ban wagon so to speak
and signed my mom up for the service through them.

Now here is the the kicker.
Canquest rents phone lines off of
Bell Canada.
And they can give people like my elderly mother the most reasonable rates.

Mom is now instead of paying
$70.00 per month,
She only pays $19.95 plus tax.
and it is on a Bell Canada phone line.
But Canquest is the renters of the lines.
And they are saving my mom lots of much needed money.
My mom lives in a nursing home with a fixed income.
I would like to say thank-you to Canquest for your wonderful staff and made this possible for her.
One other thing
I would like to say shame on you
Bell Canada for taking advantage of a
elderly person.

My mom truly believed in Bell Canada
for over 70 years.
How you could treat the kind people who helped you to become a thriving business.
Then you just let her down like that.
Like I said shame on you.

As for Canquest it is nice to see that even though you are renting the phone lines off of Bell Canada. You are being extremely nice and working with people like my mother.

I would like to say thank-you for your kindness.
Keep up the great work folks.

My mom really appreciates your fine work that you do and prompt services she receives.
