I love this town, but wow this is the worst Canada Post ever. They've updated their online delivery notices a few times for my packages saying they've tried delivery and left notices when the entire family has been home the whole day. No notices, no attempted deliveries.

I've had packages delivered as late as 8pm to my door... I've also called the office to be placed on hold and forgotten about in the middle of conveying package information. Truly horrible service.

Very disappointed. I ordered an item from Amazon which was guaranteed delivery to my home. The item is now sitting at the post office, the only option I have been told is pick-up, due to weight restrictions. Luckily, we have the means to do the pick up, but for many people, especially elderly persons, or people without a large vehicle, it would not have been possible. Very poor communication between Amazon and Canada Post with regard to delivery rules and regulations. Poor customer service.

You may want to change your hours....apparently you aren't open Sunday's. It clearly says 9-5 on Sunday's on Google. Might want to change that because when I showed up at 9:30am today, Sunday September 18th the doors were locked. Not impressed.
