Had previously given this place 5 stars due to a few great experiences (massages, manis and pedis) but was pretty disappointed with the customer service (or lack thereof) today. I had booked a facial for myself and my friend this morning. I had specifically called in mid November to make sure there were 2 aestheticians available as I didn't want to mess up the booking online (we both live out of town but because I'd had good experiences here in the past we were willing to make the drive) We got there only to be told that only one apt was booked. When I said sorry its supposed to be for both of us she just said "no." and then questioned how I booked the apt. I get that mistakes happen and that sometimes there's not an immediate solution, but instead of just apologizing for the mix up we got a pretty abrasive "I don't know what to tell you. We're busy right now."

3 day’s after the Gel Manicure and Pedicure the Gel starter popping of the fingernail 😡I did inform them of the horrible job they did, nobody bothered to contact me.
Shame on you Blu Harbour Spa👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I loved connecting with Tanya who did my classic set of lashes. She was kind, wise & struck the perfect balance between strong & gentle. I felt in good hands, fantastic attention to detail & my lashes look incredible. My only regret was not asking for a hug before I left. All the best until next time.

Had a pedicure done and although the staff was nice, the procedure itself wasn’t the best. Hardly any callus work (I had to rebuff my heals when I got home) no base coat, mediocre massage, only one foot got it’s nails buffed. For $45 I expected a much better pedicure. Been to places who charge $30 who do exceptional pedicures. Definitely will not be wasting my money here again.

I enjoyed a one hour facial with Michelle this past Saturday afternoon and it was fabulous. From the moment Michelle introduced herself I felt my comfort and needs were her top priority for the hour. I experienced a soothing, moisturizing facial but also a very relaxing massage of my face, neck, arms and hands. What a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to see Michelle again!

I visited the Spa today for massage therapy. Selena did an amazing job. She assessed me and addressed all my pain points. It was a very relaxing environment. Danielle who greeted me and Selena, were both very professional.
I highly recommend this spa right on the water front in port Stanly. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
