Incredibly seamless, efficient and effective service. Blue Bot Computers has recently shifted from a store front to more personalized pick up service that really ads a concierge experience to process if dealing with IT disruptions. Brian is so incredibly patient, responsive and honest that we couldn’t be more satisfied. Our son managed to fry the motherboard of our fully functioning laptop rendering it unusable. Brian responded quickly to our inquiry, explained the process, picked up the device and gave us options before he completed the required service, all within 24 hours.

The laptop has been resurrected and we can go on with our lives without missing a beat and he’s got a customer for life. Highly recommend his trust worthy and effective service, you won’t be disappointed.

Took in my computer to diagnose a problem, and he happily helped me test a bunch of stuff for like an hour, didn’t even charge me in the end. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It really helps that he knows computers more than most of those “tech repair stores” you see.

I dropped my laptop down a flight of stairs, it was functional, but the case had come apart in multiple places and screws were missing. I had no clue how to repair it. Brian was able to fix it within minutes and I was back up and running again. He also gave some good advice for the future with it. Will be going back

After speaking with Brian I brought our hard drive in for repair. In a timely matter he called me to let me know the issues and what needed to be done. Had the hard drive repaired also in a timely matter it is like a new computer if not better. Awesome person to work with and also very reasonable cost. This is my go to for my repairs.
