I had an issue with my charging port of an iPhone 13. I tried to clean it but nothing was working, I thought I had to change out the port completely but they took my phone and fixed it in about 2 minutes. They could’ve charged me for a new port and everything but they were honest, fast and professional. It’s fully working again, thank you so much!

Staff is knowledgeable, polite and professional. Price for service is also very reasonable. I left my Samsung A5 (2017) to be repaired as it was no longer charging. They had the phone for a few weeks which was expected as it had to be sent out I believe. I've had the phone back for a few months now and it's still charging! Very happy with service and I would recommend! Thank you 🙂

Excellent service. Was having trouble setting up 2 new phones and was tired of being on hold for hours with cell phone company. Went to Phone RX. Omed was able to take care of getting our phones set up and switched to a new provider in a much shorter time frame. His coworker was able to put a screen saver on my phone.
Both employees polite and efficient and will definitely recommend them if you are having any cell phone issues. They also have a good selection of phones and accessories. They will be my go to store for any issues or cell phone products.

I took my phone in because it wasn’t charging. Last phone I had to replace the charging port. I was told I only had some dirt in the charging port and they cleaned it for me free of charge on the spot. Most places would have charged me for a new charging port. I highly recommended this store for your cell phone needs. They are very customer friendly, have the parts in stock and can do same day service which is important for cell phones.

My iphone wouldnt charge at all. Brought it in, nice guy working there took it to the back to clean, took only a minute or 2 and it worked again. Refused to take any money as well for such a quick fix. Highly recommend

We are very fortunate to have this store in our neighborhood. Always prompt and professional service. One technician installed a protective screen on my phone professionally. He didn't even charged me for it. I strongly recommend this store.
