Purchased a 2021 Genesis gv80 in September of 2024, 55000 dollar vehicle. Salesman Jim was excellent, also interaction with other employees was also very good. Vehicle was delivered all cleaned up. Now negative part. Vehicle needed new tires. Tires that where installed where the cheapest, lowest value Chinese made tires available, the reviews on these tires is all negative, brought it their attention and nothing done about it. Very very dissatisfied . This was an expensive purchase. Typical. No one ever got back to me as they said they would.

Extremely happy I chose to purchase my Silverado through Lanoue! Mike went back and forth with me for weeks answering questions, providing information and helping to facilitate the deal. There were a few minor things that needed to be addressed when the truck arrived and Mike was able to have them all taken care of making sure I was 100% satisfied with the truck.

Samantha was amazing and fought to get me the best interest rate possible with banks! She was very informative and made sure I understood all the paperwork.
