Rude dispatcher at city cabs hung up on me.
"City Cabs confirmed they'd pick up my friend and her dog after I'd asked during the initial call. They even sent a confirmation text saying the ride was assigned to a cab. But when I called back 15 minutes later, the dispatcher rudely said they don't take dogs and hung up on me. My friend was going to a women's shelter, so they knew she was outside in the cold. This is totally unacceptable. I want something done about this dispatcher's behavior, and I'd like City Cabs to review their policies on transporting passengers with pets."

I called here as requested by a customer, he said they needed 3 cabs for 3 groups going to different places. I called and told the women on the other end and she questioned me asking for 3, I told her that’s what they asked for. She stated “last time I did that they all got in 1 cab and 2 left with nothing.” In a nasty tone. For one I’m telling her what my customers told me and two why is that my problem. So then she said she’s sending a van for 2 groups going downtown. I said fine, so some get in the one cab that shows up and others are left waiting 20+ minutes so i eventually told them the women on the phone was pretty nasty and she probably didn’t send anymore and they had to call back to once again request 2 more cabs. You’re a city cab phone operator, a customer service job. Might need a training course on customer service.

very displeased with my experience tonight with an older man who, after a cab ride of silence, coughing, and grumbling about traffic, he asked if i'd tip, grunted after i said no thank you, then said "away you go" as soon as i finished paying, not allowing me any time to get myself put together. zero politeness to this guy. he didn't even greet me when i got in the vehicle, just verified the address.

I pre-booked a cab to and from a Lynn River Farm Dining Event. The dispatcher was polite and organized. The drivers were efficient and polite. The cars were clean. The price I was quoted was the price. All round, a great experience!

Ok Ok OK, hold up, wait a minute!!!! I need to make a rave review about my new friend Paul! He is one of the kindest, most rad people I have ever met. Not only did he do an amazing service tonight, he did an amazing service that will keep on spinning positivity for years to come!! Paul's mom, if you're reading this: the world thanks you!! Muah!!!!

These guys did a great job. Pick up a touch later than I was expecting, but it was 5am so I can have grace for that. The drivers too and from the airport were friendly, and happy for me to sit back and read or sleep or whatever. Cars were clean and driven safely! I would for sure recommend!

I am 100% not spam, I tried to uber a cab at 4am and I understand that that's a late hour, but your call center was unable to confirm to me if a car would ever arrive at my house, I had a friend going to the airport, it would be nice to know if someone is going to EVEN SHOW UP lol

Uber, provides the option to book ahead, and they always have drivers, I am not spam, just a unsatisfied person who tried to order a cab last night from company that seems to be hanging on by a thread
