Prestige movers are fantastic. They took (most of) the stress of me moving from London to Kitchener. Shabir and his team are so kind, courteous, efficient and polite. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. They wrapped all my furniture, moved my plants gently, and stacked all my boxes where I wanted them. Highly recommend. They get all the stars.

We bought a 2-piece sectional and this was the 3rd party delivery company for the furniture store. I would give 5 stars on navigating this large item down the basement stairs and around a tight corner with no damage inside the home. However, there was significant damage to our garage-house entry door with torn weather-stripping and gouging in the wooden door frame. I take blame for not measuring the dimensions and removing the door ahead of time, but I would think that if you're trying to pass a couch through a space and it doesn't fit, you back up and ask to have the door removed to create some more space, rather than trying to ram the couch through repeatedly. I actually asked them to stop a couple times and back up, so that I could remove the door first as I was worried there was going to be damage to the door frame or couch. I think the damage was a result of miscommunication (language barrier) with fault on both sides. Ultimately, Shabir arranged for someone to come the following day to replace the weather-stripping and fix the frame. Once I put a new coat of paint on, it will be good as new again. So, all in all, good customer service in the end and I would likely recommend this company, with the warning to make sure there is clear communication about your expectations.

Amazing service. The movers were on time, hard working and pleasant. They went out of their way to help. My sofa was quite difficult to maneuver but they delivered it without any damage - very impressive. I highly recommend their service.

They moved a cast iron bathtub for me which involved carrying it upstairs and taking a door of its hinges to make it fit.Fantastic job, courteous, professional. Would use this company again and highly recommend them. Great job guys!

I couldn’t have been happier with my choice of delivery company as they exceeded my expectations from all aspects! They were professional, friendly and went above and beyond. I also appreciated them accommodating my situation and ensuring they arrive earlier than what we had arranged. Definitely recommend this company. These guys are super friendly, courteous, and punctual. They took care of my move in a professional and safe way. Most importantly, they are very cautious about safety measures to avoid exposure to COVID-19. If you have an upcoming move, I definitely recommend them!

OMG I have never had such a terrible experence with any delivery. These guys do NOT know what they are doing. Argumentative and destructive. If you can avoid using these people do yourself a favour and do NOT use them. Total garbage.
