Needed to get to work, called twice during business hours got voicemail & no call back. Email bounces back. Facebook messenger not monitored so no answer there either. Customer service is non existent. No way to run a business. 0 stars

Just pretend that the 1 star is a 'no star' review. My best friend has made SEVERAL attempts (15+ calls during the week for 2 weeks) to reach someone at deseronto transit to schedule a time to be picked up. He has recieved nothing but the voice-mail, and not even a callback. This has gone on for over 2 weeks now and it's absolutely ridiculous. He had an important prior engagement that was to be attended which was missed due to lack of communication and care. I don't advise utilizing this "service" as they don't seem to have any care or concern for people's needs.

Waited for a pre-arranged pick-up as part of a round trip. The bus did a quick u-turn before the designated spot and left, as if there weren't two of us waiting right there. Additionally, I had phoned the office no less than five times without an answer, but eventually managed to confirm which stop we would be at. I phoned again after we had been left on the curb, but the dispatcher refused to alert the driver to his mistake. By the time she finally agreed to do that, the bus had faded from sight. When I inquired about a refund, she flatly told me no. I then had to pay an additional twenty five dollars for a 12km cab ride. A distance I would have gladly walked if I hadn't overburdened myself under the expectation that the pre-paid bus would stop at its' designated stop. There is no star value that truly equates to how aggravated I am, so one will have to do. Thanks for ruining my day, Pam and Rob. It's a good thing I'm not a type one diabetic, left in a strange place without the means to maintain my health for an extended period... Oh, wait. I am.
