The costs for the smallest unit has increased constantly. The final straw was a 14% increase in less than 8 months since the last increase. I appreciate that costs go up, however the services are deteriorating and despite the constant increasing monthly fees nothing gets fixed.

You advertise a gated facility, yet the gate has been broken for longer than I can remember. We chose this facility because of the gate security, but anyone can drive into the compound, so it is no more secure than other storage facilities.

And the lot needs to be regraveled and leveled. It is an absolute embarrassment and you have to maneuver around huge potholes throughout the yard.

It was not a bad location when we started here, but it is no longer even close to acceptable in the last 2 years.

I would motivate any existing tenants and anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere. There is better value for similar services to be found elsewhere. We found a larger unit at a cost of 27% less within 2 days of the last price increase and we moved out within a week. Despite being paid for 4 weeks.

We wanted out due to principles. Enough was enough.

We rent a storage for a saturay and NO ONE was at the facility despute the 9 to 12 hours of operation. We waited for HOURS. No one showed up. We called the company, we emailed them. They were saying that the manager was on their way shortly. And nothing. Got told by the head office yo come back in monday. We rent our moving truck for that day. We went somewhere else.

Quite funny really , first , I had been given the proper directions to my unit , but thought I was wrong so went back and was shown on a map ..10/10 perfect . Then got to the unit and opened it up to find a bunch of furniture in it , no lock , called to the front and had another unit assigned asap ! So I was happy . I only wish there was an after hours phone number that would be available and not an answering machine . This happened right at 12 noon on Sat . I would have been screwed if I had been any later ! So 0/10 on the after hours
