This place is stealing packages. Within the last month they have 'lost' 3 parcels with a value exceeding 1k. Never had issues before. Active seller on multiple platforms. When i go and confront/try and find the parcels that were last scanned in pembroke 'at facility' they lie to your face..and look plain stupid when proved wrong. Gonna be filing a complaint and escalating higher up as Im out money and eventually others will be screwed over aswell. Not to mention the inside of the 'facility' is a literal disaster..packages everywhere..smashed/wet boxes.

There's definitely something wrong with this Canpar group at this location... I had my package delivered at a completely different location. The postal code and the address was completely different from the the label. The label was 100% correct. How can you someone goof this up? It has to be malicious.

Thankfully, fortune was on my side. My cell number was on the label and the recipient at the incorrect house called me to notify about this baffoonery.

I ordered a package on Dec. 11th. The 19th it arrives in Ottawa.

It is now the 24th and all I get from Canpar is "Non- Attempt. Driver weather."

Meanwhile my Father who had packages ordered (at later dates) come from different courier companies arrives without issues promptly.

No Christmas gift thanks for your failure Canpar! It would be less bad if you guys could pick up a phone call and at least inform your customer what's going on however that would be good customer service, something this company doesn't believe in.

This is the same company that broke our mailbox by forcing an oversized package in. This is the absolute worst courier company and it's miraculous how they're still in business.

This company is brutal!!!! My package is sitting in Pembroke for 4 days now. I called customer support twice and have been blown off. Best Buy should replace this delivery service with one that will deliver on time. Not a fan of our postal service but it’s way better than this. I paid good money to have this delivered and customer support is a waste of time. I want my money back but no one will take responsibility. I won’t recommend Best Buy which contracts these clowns. Anyone have an ideas to rectify this problem as I see others with the same issues?

I call at 8 am to Customer service to pick up packages. They told me it is in warehouse, I was okay with that, and drive 20 min to their place to pick it up. When I arrived they told me that they don’t have my parcel their and I need to wait until they will deliver it to my place! I spend 1 hour in total for nothing. When I try to right complain they drop off phone! Awful delivery! Never will use it again!

Would give 0 if i could.
Called every day for a week looking for a package that should have been delivered. Called and used the web chat and not once in 7 days was given an answer as to way my package had not been delivered. On day 7 I finally got an answer that they had "inadvertently damaged the box, but the contents should be OK" ... time will tell if I actually receive the delivery today as they advised.

Brutal service. Shipment tracking shows the parcel is in Ottawa, Canpar rep says its in Pembroke. After waiting a very long time to speak to a rep, they tell you they will call back, and nothing happens. Last shipment the vendor used them and they said the local delivery driver got sick, this year their truck broke down. They have had my parcel for well over a week and we still don't know where it is.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. For context I ordered an e scooter TWO WEEKS AGO and it came with a free hat and bracelet (which was sent a week later) and guess what arrived on my door today the hat with no bracelet and guess what wasn't in sight the scooter! my dad chased down the guy in his truck and guess what wasn't in the van MY SCOOTER. the man told my dad that it might be in the damage pile which if this is true a random delivery man should NOT have been the one to tell me this I spent A LOT of money for this. its for my job that is 4 km away. I'm a high school student trying to work and it's hard to wake up early and walk 8 km every day. I'm a literal child and I know how to be more professional. If negative stars was an option I would have chosen it. oh and one more thing I wasn't even given an order number so there's really nothing I can do but drive down their and do there job for them. Very disappointing!
