Bergeron Mechanical is always respectful and friendly. All techs take the time to explain what they are fixing. They are prompt and efficient. Scott was the tech today. He ensured my fireplace was working effectively, showed/explained the mechanics. Very professional. Kayleigh at the office is a pleasure to deal with!

I can’t say enough good things about Bergeron Mechanical! My furnace was acting up, and they came to check it out right away. Scott, the technician, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explained all the details in a way that was easy to understand, giving me all the information I needed to make decisions.

On top of being professional and knowledgeable, Scott was amazing with my dog, Stella! She can be a bit wary of strangers, but he was so kind and patient with her that she warmed up to him right away.

I always use Bergeron Mechanical for anything HVAC related in my home. They've maintained all my HVAC appliances over the 3 years I've lived here and they also supplied and installed my new furnace and AC last year. It's hard for me to take time away from work to get anything done on my house but thankfully I don't have to worry about that with Bergeron Mechanical, they're very flexible with timings and take great care of me and my home! They always clean up after themselves, leaving no trace of them behind. They do great work and their prices are always fair!
