We had the pleasure of working with Andrew Brown. From the very beginning he not only explained the process of installing a well, but he walked me through every step of the way. He took the time to make sure we were both on the same page, worked out numbers and broke them down for me, was able to rush my well install as we had an unexpected closing date on our house approach months faster than expected. In a panic I called Andrew and he got us in, not only in the dead of the beginning of winter / snow season, but within days of arrangement. He stayed in contact and communication the entire time. Andrew and his team very upfront and honest.

Not only did Andrew stay in contact the entire way, but even after the well was drilled he followed up and was always made available when I needed him or had questions.

If you need a well drilled, I would highly recommend Mackinnon Water Solutions. I had gotten at least three separate quotes and Mackinnon was the only one to actually explain the process and take the time to answer any and all of my questions.

I have already recommended Mackinnon and specifically Andrew to a group of our friends who plan on buying property in the North Bay area.

Called Sunday with no water and call was returned at 7:45am Monday which is before they even open. They arrived mid afternoon and we had water again very shortly after. The crew that came out was excellent. They texted that they were on their way, they were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and left the area tidy. It was a very pleasant service call.

These guys were amazing. I had zero water pressure. Called them on a Friday morning they were at my home that afternoon. Pulled in my driveway…. 3 guys got out and in tote a truck with inventory in order to assess and FIX my problem that day. Turned out I needed a new well pump and a pressure tank. No problem they said. Reasonable prices and worth every penny. Highly recommend them.

Our well water pump stopped working suddenly on a Sunday. Called MacKinnon on Monday morning and they sent out a crew by lunchtime. The guys were knowledgeable and efficient. They were able to diagnose the problem and install a new pump within 2 hours. Fantastic service!

Had issues with my well pump a couple times. They came a were able to resolve the issues in a quick and professional manner. The service they have provided is always excellent. Buying spare parts for any water filtration system can be pricier than common retailers however.
