This cab company is nothing but mean there is one driver that is very mean my mom called the cab at 8:53 and it was nine something I’ve been waiting for I don’t know how long for the cab to come get me and when the cab finally showed up I got in the cab thinking OK I’m going home now. Everything‘s good. No the cab guy told me to get out so he could take the other person not right whatsoever. I am never riding with this company ever again never again worst cab company ever and then the dispatcher was like well couldn’t you take both of them he said no and kicked me out of the cab I do not recommend this cab anymore. They have lost my service now

I whole heartedly believe Dannys’ Taxi actively make the streets of Pembroke more dangerous with the way the drivers operate there taxis. Sidewalks are not streets keep your wheels off them. Stop running red lights. And please please please quit the tailgating.

I recommend they enrol their drivers in a drivers ed program. The cities populace knows they need it…

Today Feb. 28,2025 I took Danny's cab to drop my dog off at whiskers grooming and when I was inside meter was left running so it was about 22.00 dollars. I was in there for about 2 minutes when I went back to be dropped off at the mall door it was 27.00. When I got out to run to the bank machine which turned out to be out of order, I was a hot2 minutes, the cab driver left the meter going so when I got back into the car it was now 27.00. Then she could so that I was having problems with bank so I asked her to drive me to Walmart, right across the parking lot, and I ran into Walmart to use their machine it took about 5 minutes because it was early, by the time I got back out to pay her it was 37.00. What a rip off. She could have turned the meter off. But didn't care. What a joke.

I called a taxi at 2:15, and around 2:40 I called and asked about an update for the taxi. The guy who answered to phone said approximately 10 to 15 minutes. I called back AGAIN at 3:15 and they again said 5 more minutes. FINALLY at 3:40 I was picked up.

Quite frankly I am very upset at this service, waiting well over an hour for a taxi and being continuously told only 5 to 10 more minutes is unacceptable.

Any of the taxis with the old meters will rip you off, every other taxi I pay 13$ for my regular school run route, but when the one or two cars with the old meters do the trip it’s 20$. If you want to not get ripped off, hopefully you get a car with the updated phone meters that are more accurate.

I think Danny's taxi should work on their communication. Let someone know you will be late, I waited for 40minutes before the ride came. It came 10 minutes after my shift time. This is not nice at all. I had other worse experiences but this really got to me.

Whenever Tabitha is working I never have an issue. however I've had to cancel now 3 cab rides because the man on the phone does not give any estimated times, simply hangs up. and when I called 30 minutes after I was told "oh yeah that'll probably be another 20"
