Great experience every time! Drivers are friendly, great promos, supporting local businesses. Nice to speak to people from the valley rather than a corporate system where nobody cares and you’re just a number.

Just don’t. Still waiting hours later for cold soggy mcds. This is not the exception, it’s the norm. So done. We tried them years ago and it was horrible, gave them a few chances recently and each time it takes hours, no matter what or when you order.

Long wait times. Delivery often isn’t available because they have no drivers, can’t get anything past 8pm either. The customer service team is great and quickly responds to problems in a courteous manner. They are always willing to rectify the situation which is a wonderful asset.

As a Manager of a restaurant they deliver for, they cancelled a 60$+ order within 15 mins before picking it up.. and left the Restaurant with the bill, and all the cooked food prepared. Wonder why they have very limited restaurants? Because we will no longer be dealing with them for much longer… according to others reviews, this isn’t the first time.

Valley Eats is by far the worst delivery service there is. They are extremeley expensive, their app does not make any sense (missing common items from restaurants like McDonalds - can only order 1 breakfast combo. Rest of it is individual items so it drive you order price way up.) I sincerely hope they get put out of business by the real delivery apps out there (Skip/Uber).

Valley eats had been so great for me and my family, I don't drive and it nice to have other options then just pizza. The drivers are great and professional and any issues support is quick to resolve the issue. The only problem I have and always had is when ordering McDonald's they never fill the order many missing items instead of rushing they need to take time and learn how to fill orders right the first time. It's not right for Valley eats to have to redo order delivery on there mistakes. You guys are wonderful and I'll keep being one of your appreciated customers, thank you
