I've never been somewhere that makes it so difficult to understand what they sell. I look at the computer, ask for something, and they don't sell it. They provide a paper copy of beers on sale, I ask for an item from the list that was physically given to me, and they don't have it. I'd recommend buying beer elsewhere and avoid this store.

The employees are incredibly rude. The establishment is dirty, and the signage is poor for covid control. It is NOT clear what line to be in or where to go. If you ask or look confused, instead of being patient, they berate you. So much for kindness and patience during the pandemic. If I want to go to the beer store, from now on I will be going to Petawawa despite living in Pembroke. I expected better from you guys.

I'm 30 years old with valid ID and the one woman working there chooses to tell me my I'D isnt accepted. Not only did my boyfriend go and try but so did a friend. And for whatever reason this woman wont accept it. Its valid ID. I literally have to wait til this broad is gone then go get beer. What kind of entitlement does she have? Do you even know her name because she acts like she owns the place.

It's the beer store. It's great if you drink the basics (bud, molson, etc) but it's terrible if you like to sample local craft or something imported. They have a fridge with some singles but other than that it's hard to find anything new and/or interesting now that they only have a computer catalogue. It is getting better but still.....
On a side note about this location. I once had the door slammed in my face by the cashier there because I arrived just as she was walking over to lock the door at close (I got off work late and rushed over). She didn't even apologize or explain that they were closed just looked at me, slammed the door, locked it and walked away.

Musty and smelled of mold and stale beer. The bins they use need to be hosed down with bleach. We turned right around after entering the building, and didn't give them any business. I feel bad for the workers. Do something. Definitely disappointed.

I'm upset they no longer have the big beer menu on the wall. It's was always fun to find new or on sale beers and now all they have are their own brands on display. It seems unfair to customers.

My experience at this store is terrible. The beer is always warm. They refuse to fix the refrigeration unit.
I prefer to drive to Quebec where the beer is always cold.

Does no one work on a Monday her they definitely need more staff on I was waiting in line for 18 mins before I got anything and ontop of that there beer fridge was warm like what tell heck!?
