Todd was so friendly and helpful and incredibly thorough. I had to call him last minute in order to help get into a very difficult lock on my house door, he didn’t quit until he found the solution and was generous with his time and made sure I got safely inside and had a new working door handle and keys. I was so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend his services to anyone.

We were extremely happy with Todd. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He came out during the Christmas season twice to help us with our roof carrier lock. His expertise was very apparent. I called Todd to have a combination lock installed on my rear entrance door of the garage. We set a time frame, and he came by. Todd was very polite and professional. We had a great talk and had it installed very quickly.
I was very impressed with his locksmith knowledge and appreciate how fast he responded to my phone call, especially installing it on Christmas Eve. Awesome service. I highly recommend Perth lock and Key. Thank you!!!

I called Todd because I had a problem with a lock - a complicated three-point lock. I had already had some contractors look at it but they couldn't figure out why it was intermittently not engaging. It was clear on the phone just by the questions he asked that Todd has a comprehensive knowledge of doors and locking systems. He showed up and in about 20 seconds, identified the problem. And then fixed it. Todd represents the best in customer service and he knows locks! Highly recommended!

The service was excellent. I called Todd on a Monday morning asking for an appointment to have all my locks changed. He was able to come out that day to do the work. He explained everything he would be doing and calmly and efficiently got the job done! Wonderful service. Definitely a 5 star rating!! Thank You!!

We needed locks changed late at night. Todd came out immediately and changed the locks. I asked if dead bolts could be installed on a few doors and Todd came back the next day to install the dead bolts. He matched the brass door handles, I asked if they could be black in colour and without hesitation, he switched them out to black.

Todd was extremely pleasant and professional. I would refer Todd and his company without hesitation to anyone that requires a locksmith.
