I started working here in September of 2021. My trainer was great although I felt I wasn’t 100% prepared for the work. Once you’re finished training/nesting there is NO work life balance. You’ll be working 9.5 hours every single day. Except for one day out of the week where you’re working only 9 hours. That’s because if you work more than 45 hours in a week you must be paid overtime and they don’t want to pay you over time but want to maximize the time they can pay you minimum wage. Oh and another reason you work only 9.5 hours and never 10 is because after 10 they have to give you another break and they really don’t wanna do that either. Super shady. You will rarely have a weekend off, or have two days together. On top of that your schedules are very inconsistent starting at 9am one day and 1pm the next. This is especially tough if you have a family and could take a toll on your relationship with your significant other. I ended up quitting because my relationship with my family was starting to deteriorate. While you are working, you won’t be very happy. Listening to people complain CONSTANTLY about everything. It’s a negative block you’re stuck in and after awhile it tires you out. Not to mention, a lot of agents tell customers what they want to hear just to get them off the phone and you’re the one stuck picking up the slack for it and when you actually call help desk you get a different answer based on the agent it’s not uniform. Sometimes agents in different departments will refuse to take the call even though you have to transfer them because you can’t help them and it makes you look terrible to the customer and don’t forget about the micromanaging QA’s you’ll get. They are degrading and are peak micromanaging to me. All in all I really don’t recommend working here. I could literally go on and on about the issues here because there’s so many and so little people who want to fix them.

Recruiters and Sudbury employees are wonderful hence 1 star.

Once hired it went downhill.

I was told that a work computer delivered to my home office.

This didn't happen. I was forced me to spend my own money ($50) and get the work equipment at Purlator depot.

The other 20 people being trained in my group got their’s on their door step.

This put me behind the group with hands on training.

Once I picked up computer it clitched like constantly.

Wasted about a week trying my hardest to train this beast of a computer to no avail.
