I've been here twice for jewlery. Once a bracelet and then a promise ring. I'm honestly not sure why there is bad reviews on this lady's shop. She is very welcoming, knowledgeable, fair pricing. Her jewlery show cases are very clean and placed nicely. I guess if I did have to say anything negative.... I think the shop floor could be organized better. But in all honesty at least the items on the floor are clean! I will continue to shop here as I think she is a nice lady, and has fair pricing with quite a bit to offer. Makes me wonder if some of these bad reviews are because some of you think you know it all and don't accept positive feed back from a shop owner if you're in the wrong.

So I came in to sell a iPhone 11 obviously it’s used and I’m only asking 150 it’s got scratch’s on the screen but what used phone doesn’t have scratch’s especially working in the construction industry but I’m looking at the apple products she was selling n there was an iPad that was listed for 390 and it’s got very noticeable scratches on the screen with a pretty bad one that sticks out. I gotta say it was worse then the iPhone I was selling and I also came down to 130 even tho I was selling it for 150 to pay bills but she still wouldn’t buy it. I wouldn’t come here unless you wanna be ripped off. I even bought a tv just before Christmas for a gift to a relative of mine and she had it price at 320 and as I was looking at the tv the corners of the tv had scratch’s and nics on it and she’s trying to tell me it doesn’t what that looks like but to me it does I’m sure to anyone it would and she only came down $5 she doesn’t like to give any deals she likes to buy things very cheap and sell it for a lot I’m surprised people go here n buy things worst place in woodstock

I went in there to sell a speaker and a chain I have and they said they don’t take un used speakers and chains but I seen chains in there worst service I’ve ever had I would never go into there again

Bought a TV from here for 200 got it home and nothing but hassles. Finally got it to stay on n read my firestick without it shutting down. Decided to hook up my internet to my SMART TV. Once I do that the TV turns off after a few minutes took it back she "checked" it out and it works fine according to her. Get it back home and again the issue continues. Process of elimination its something wrong with the internet part of the TV. Took it back thinking we would get our full money back. Guess what we got 120 back instead of the full 200. Had it less then a month. Their 30 day warrantee is bogus to say the least. And to top it off we got no paperwork to prove what we spent. I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANYTHING.

The owner is a crook likes to take advantage of people i bought something from this store and the cable given wasn't even working my advice look elsewhere they will not give you your moneys worth i have been pawning here for years and they have not changed warning LOOK ELSEWHERE

Low tech electronics is less a pawn shop more of a used electronics store. Not really worth pawning your items here for what they offer you. Better to call about said item first to see if they even take it. Not overly impressed by the selection. Mostly used Walmart TV's and such. They also have electric scooters sitting in the store but not for sale just there for storage and taking up walking space. Definitely not wheelchair friendly.

These people are rude. They threw me out and didnt want to do business with me for absolutely no reason. They will never get my business ever again. I hope these guys flop. And let's not forget the illegal things they are also doing there too people.
