Went in and ordered two championship medals here for my fantasy league. This was in early September. The guy who took my order wrote down all of the info I wanted on the front and back of the medals and told me it would be done in a few days, maybe a week but he would call when it was done. That was fine I had plenty of time. Waited a week and heard nothing. Gave it another week maybe they got busy. Still nothing. So two and a half weeks after my order I called and asked if they were close to being ready and the guy on the phone could see my payment receipt and my league name as what was to be printed on the front however didn’t have the note of the peoples names and dates that I requested to be on the flip side. That info had been lost. And they hadn’t even started my order or bothered to call me and ask what I wanted on there. Had I not called my order would have been completely forgotten about. So I just went in and got a refund. Proper business would’ve acknowledged this poor service and provided my medals even after a refund. Terrible, unorganized, poor service. Would not recommend

I put in basketball jerseys for sale and this place comes up. I know for a fact they only print and make jerseys for local teams. Once again they need to alter their inventory of what they carry so people don't waste gas driving there for professional team jerseys

Great store. Whether it is getting skates sharpened or buying a bike, the staff here is knowledgeable , friendly and attentive. . They have great product at a good price and don’t try to oversell. Bought a new Trek recently and the experience was great.

I bought my Marlin 5 from Oxford Source For Sports. Guys were super friendly and was willing to keep the shop open for a little longer than 5:00pm until I get there. They helped me with selecting accessories as this is my first bike in Canada. They were having a long day but still managed to keep a smile on their faces and gave me a great customer experience. This was my first ever visit to a bicycle store and they made a very kind first impression. We can buy a product from anywhere but we can't get a great customer experience from all the shops. I will not buy goods from places that do not treat me with kindness and passion. If I remember the names correctly, Adam and Corner (sorry if I am wrong) were awesome guys! Recommending this shop to my friends too. Cheers!!

Was looking for a Yeti lid that is out of stock everywhere-called these guys expecting to hear "No Sorry we don't have any" which they did say but then followed up with " but we will take one off of a brand new cup and sell that to you and then just put a replacement back on when they come back in stock.

.....They sat on my bike for 2 weeks, never intending to fix it from the moment they laid eyes on it. (I assume) .....These two stores Tillsonburg and Woodstock are the same entity...I spoke with both. The "bike guy" in Woodstock said things like......"Bike is worn out" which is odd because it's brand new......NOS...."we don't have the tools to remove the crank" ON THE MOST POPULAR BRAND OF BIKE IN CANADA (also odd)......"bad design" Except I've put a bzillion electric converted miles on one exactly like it, while it carried me 240lbs, 2 batteries and gear. Bear in mind, the "bike guy" has not yet seen this bike ...while making these fantastical statements.(2 weeks+) Ok boys.... here's the cherry on top.....This mystical swing arm bushing issue was fixed on the spot in 22 minutes at an actual bike repair shop......with the installation a new larger crank set taking up at least half of that 22 minutes. The issue with the bike was EXACTLY as I predicted.....(and as LOGIC dictates concerning a brand new bike) ....a swing arm nut that was not tightened at the factory. As in no tool-paint marks whatsoever. You deserve ZERO stars in this case...for wasting my time and gas ...then telling me fairy tales. This review is INCOMPLETE....but I think you can get the picture. Maybe they can sharpen skates here ...or sell you a wildly overpriced? bike...but as far as bike repairs go...don't waste your time.
