The office was able to update me with information on how my claim is going, and the First General team is patient whenever I had questions. I can't thank Tyler and the First General team enough.

Dec 20/23 we had water in our basement. Our insurance company recommended First General Woodstock to us. Their Project Manager, Tyler Mercure was on site quickly and was very professional, friendly and offered helpful advice. He discussed cleanup and repair options and gave us very good advice. We asked for the clean up ASAP and he had his repair people on site immediately. We were very impressed with Tyler and his people and they made this upsetting occurrence as painless as possible. We would recommend them to anyone.

Tyler and his team (Aurel, Dan, Ryan) came out in the middle of the night when our basement flooded. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and reassuring and they acted quickly and professionally to mitigate mold growth.

They managed all the various contractors we needed from the plumber that fixed our broken water pipe to the flooring specialists that replaced our carpet. Our basement looks exactly like it did before. You wouldn't even be able to tell that there was ever any water there.

We're incredibly grateful for how quick and efficient they were in restoring our basement. It was all done within a couple of months even though the last pieces went into place right before the holidays as there was a wait for materials that was outside of their control. Throughout the process, Tyler kept us up to date, checked in on contractors, and gave us progress updates on a regular basis. He also explained every step of the process and answered all of our questions.

Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again should we have another issue (hopefully not).
