Terrible the girl in their with long hair was rude I asked for a price she said go have a look 👀 and she walked away I almost thought she didn’t work there but she does I wish I got her name she needs to be fired asap great start to the new year 2025.then I asked about the bucket of nails being $10 when the Brantford location has them for $5 and she got rude again and walked away and told me to go to that location then no clue why she was being this way jus unacceptable

Although the service is not worthy for any star, I have to give them one star ,because it is the only way i can get here to write a review. I was here yesterday and saw some tiles for $135. I call them today morning and told them i am coming over to pick it up. When i came here it was supperisingly marked at $165. I tryed to explain the old lady at the counter.She was talking very ignorantly. Her words was not consistent, tryed to tell me the price went up today. Later she said , the price was up yesterday to $300, and it was brought down to $165.. i tolt them if it is $165 i will buy at home depot. Another lady who was there said, Then go to Homes depot if you want,(what a professional answer)Finally They called another gentleman to solve the matter. Initially i was told he is the manager, but later he told me he is not the manager, and he said has no control over it. Unfortunately i have to buy $165 since I was here.
I checked the Google review it has happened to another customers name Antony , also to Paul.
So be careful me dear sisters and brother always take picture 0f the price before talking to any of the workers there.

Worst experience ever. First contact was a pleasant over the phone conversation with Craig. I talked to Craig about donating storm doors and inserts (5 storm doors 3 of which were brand new and 4 brand new door inserts) . I showed up on Saturday with my son. The girl inside told me that donations are dropped off around back. We went around back cleared a spot and unloaded the doors and inserts. Another girl came out to what I thought was to greet us but she seemed to be upset and was talking rudely to us. I asked here why she was talking rudely and she got even more upset and told us that we put the stuff in the wrong spot. We told her we would put the stuff where it needs to go but she didn't have to be rude about it. Then she mumbled profanity under breath and walked away. My son and I are beside ourselves. A gentleman came out which was very helpful, then he got called away. An older lady came out and she was being defensive Felt like we went into a twilight zone. Here I am trying to teach my boy the importance of donating and helping others when we can. I sure hope you have a video surveillance back there. I would find it hard to believe if that first girl hasn't done this before to other customers/clients.
We went there to make a donation and we were treated very unprofessionally. The last time I will support this organization.

Lots of good furniture to select from with fair prices. I was hunting for a used electric dryer. They had 4 to choose from. The staff clearly explained why some units were priced higher than others and how the laundry equipment is tested. Very helpful.
