I contacted 519 Property Maintenance, along with several other companies in Oxford County who guaranteed responding within 24-48 hours and they were the only company to do so!

My job took my away from my home for a month, then sporadically for several weeks during the summer months and 519 Property Maintenance rescued my lawn! They came in and cut my front and back lawn almost immediately after my first inquiry, with a fair price. After I hired them to continue their service into the Fall. The 519 team was professional, friendly, left my property looking better than before, and made sure to close the gate and move any dog toys I forgot to clean up every visit!

I look forward to using their services again next summer!

519 Property Maintenance is a very professional run company. You can tell immediately when talking to the owner who is both knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile to please his customers. The price couldn’t be beat, and quality of work done was top notch. Most property maintenance companies are quick when completing their work; 519 went over certain areas of my lawn a couple more times to ensure the job was done right regardless of the time taken. Tyler, the owner, also has a vast knowledge of property maintenance and took the time to share some tips on how to improve my lawn. I highly recommend 519 Property Maintenance and I will be calling them again next year!
