Expérience avec Webware : Décevant

Dès mon clique sur leur pub, quelqu’un m’a rapidement contactée pour me vendre leurs services. Cependant, une fois que j'ai commencé à utiliser leur service pour répondre aux besoins de mon entreprise, j’ai constaté que c'était inadéquat, pas comme sur l'annonce.

Plutôt que de proposer un véritable processus de vente adapté à mon entreprise, ils m’ont fourni ce que je qualifierais de "chaudière de courriels" remplie de contacts non qualifiés.

J’ai payé près de 500 $ en publicité pour recueillir une trentaine de courriels, aucun d’eux n’étant conforme à mon client idéal. Résultat : 0 $ de ventes, car leur service se limite à la simple collecte de courriels. Rien de plus. Alors, payer 1 900 $ par mois pour un tel service ? NON.

Le site web qu’ils ont construit est décevant. Il ne correspond pas du tout aux attentes et ma clientèle cible. Honnêtement, je pourrais créer un site similaire moi-même avec Hostinger en 15 minutes. Le site Web contient des erreurs un vieux numéro de téléphone, etc. C'est comme si ils n'ont pas pris en considération l'information que j'ai mis dans la section "Business Intelligence".

Heureusement, j’avais opté pour leurs services VIP, ce qui m’a permis de demander un remboursement. Toutefois, à ce jour, ce remboursement n’a pas encore été effectué. MAIS ATTENTION... LIRE PLUS BAS

Nous avions des rencontres hebdomadaires de 30 minutes à une heure, mais elles étaient inefficaces et ne répondaient pas aux véritables enjeux où nous sommes forcés à apprendre leur système CRM en place qui est complexe et nécessite un apprentissage approfondi.

Attention, si vous espérez un remboursement, ils exigent que vous répondiez à leurs messages dans un délai de 24 à 48 heures tout au long du processus.

PS. J’ai dû engager des personnes externes pour m’aider à gérer le CRM et répondre à leurs nombreuses exigences.

En résumé :
Leur promesse d’un service "tout-en-un" pour les besoins marketing de mon entreprise est fausse. Je ne recommande pas ce service.

Please read if you value your time and money. This is not a company you should trust with your business. They promise the moon, deliver nothing and attempt to up charge you for everything. I wasted over $1,500 only to have nothing delivered, missed appointments, unqualified technicians who rely on unpredictable AI to understand your business. They couldn’t even get my business name correct. What is really sad is they kept kicking things down the road promising all kinds of great stuff only to drop the ball and attempt to kick the can down the road again. So $1,500 my business lost and of course their excuse now is they expended manpower to do nothing but upsell me, waste my time and to them this is a value and they are not able to refund any money. So if you are a small business, and value your money don’t touch this company with a ten foot pole. I’m a 100% disabled veteran just trying to make it as a small business and was completely robbed by this company. I filed a Better Business complaint but that does nothing to help get a refund. I would have been happy if they would have offered something but like their service you actually get nothing for your money.

Natasha and crew did and awesome job on my website, they were patient with me when I did not do my homework. Everything I asked of them was done in a timely fashion, (the pictures the content even their suggestions where on point. I am thankful for Natasha and her team, I think I have the BEST website of my peers in my area in the DMV! Thank you Family!

The website created is nice and hits the mark of what website design and function is expected. AI assisted blogs are offered up . The way you work with the team is not enjoyable or worth it to me. Changes are hard, and I have been trying to cancel the service for a year and they keep taking payments. On that, they must have gone through sequential dates and put in a new expiry date for my credit card to continue payment as the original one still listed has an expired expiry date.

Beware signing up for these services. Locked me into 1 year with tons of promises and all they did was make a few Facebook posts the last couple months. Was waiting for a supervisor call for months that never came and was basically just told by my sales guy too bad, you signed a contract. Charged me over $7000 for the year and did nothing. Stay away
