I recently needed a GPU replacement from ABS. I would like to point out that I requested it in February - March of 2023 and did not receive the replacement until January 2024. There is no reason a replacement should take this long. They kept telling me the systems were not in place to make the replacement but I kept persisting until they replaced it. Furthermore, when they FINALLY were ready to replace my GPU which took a good 9 months or so (November/December of 2023), they informed me my GPU was no longer in stock and tried to undersell me a new product and disguise it as an upgrade. They tried to take my NVIDIA 3070TI and replace it with a 4070, referring it to as an upgrade when in truth, the 3070TI is better than the 4070. Not only did they make me wait MONTHS, they tried to implement shady business tactics as well, thus my 1 star review.
