Onyx is proving to be a great one stop resource for a small business IT needs. In last 3 months i have seen great deal of improvement in my business process and noticeable productivity increase.

Over the past 6 months, we have been working with Amir and Prakash to update our computers, software, network, security, and disaster recovery plan. They have quickly become part of our team by going above and beyond with investing their time. This includes having onsite quarterly meetings to address any current technology related concerns and creating an IT roadmap for the future. Amir has a strong knowledge of numerous accounting systems including Newviews and Quickbooks. There is always a quick response time for any issue or question with both remote and onsite support available. I highly recommend Onyx Cloud no matter the size of your organization!

After discovering the pain of remotely working employees, one problem was solved and made easy by onyx team. I have 1 less thing to worry about by contracting them to provide level 1 support for all of my employees working from home.

It's a brand new experience for my but definitely a pleasant one. My technical point of contact is easy to talk to and has understood my business needs really well.

If you have employees spread all over, go get yourself some kind of remote support and save yourself a lot of hassle.
