Clement is a true gentleman and very understanding. My yearly cable TV expired over a weekend and there was no way I could go to the shop to renew it. However, when I called him he was very considerate to renew my subscription till some few days after when I was able to pass by the shop to pay for the renewal. That was an excellent customer service and I am most grateful for his professionalism.

I have had and I am still having the greatest experience. Any situation at anytime I can always get my issues fixed. I will always depend on the services that I have received. I have a 911 issue today and he was able to fix the issue for me. He is the best technologist in my life. If I could give 20 thumbs up I would. He deserves more than 5 stars. Overall I give 10 stars. BE VERY CAREFUL PURCHASING GOODS FROM THEM!

A representative from this location attempted to sell me a 4G phone claiming it’s 5G… After clarifying numerous times over the phone regarding the product details. I drove an hour to get to the store, only to find out the phone is not 5G.

Who in there right mind would pay over a grand for a 4G device?

Representatives words upon arrival and over the phone “all Samsungs are 5G, don’t worry”

Luckily I inspected the box before paying “Cash” as they demanded. Which most likely wouldn’t have been returned once purchased.

Clearly they will lie to you to make the sale, hoping you’ll be stupid enough to purchase something that doesn’t meet your needs.

Steer clear from the crooks people.

Extremely bad customer service dishonest and unprofessional ....I would stay away from this store if you want to get your phone repaired by this man i dont know about his other services but from the amature job he did on an my Note 4 LCD repair is anything to go by i wouldnt trust him with anything . Let me start by saying this the owner "repair man" glued the corners of the lcd replacement witch ive heard of people doing this and if youre never gonna be servicing your phone again. I wouldnt mind if he did this but the problem is he also left a millimeter gap on the sides of the phone i can actually press down and the glass moves down toward the frame thats when everything started to go wrong he kept blaming the frame (i buffed out the paint of the frame cause i like the all metal look better )after i told him that the frame of the phone is perfect all that i did was remove the paint he started putting blame on the "bezel" that i bent the bezel he kept saying witch was absurd ofcource ...the worst part was that when i asked to fix it he refused and said that it was already fixed that i should put a case on top and forget about it ....i kept arguing with him that i cant leave with the phone like this because any knick to the glass and it will break. He then told me that he would give me a refund and put back my old lcd witch i said fine but he would do it tomorrow this was even more upsetting as i already waited 4 hours extra from what he said of one hour repair
i said ok fine ill wait and do it tomorrow but i wanna receipt for the phone im not gonna hand him my $550 phone and an extra two hundred dollars without a receipt not after all the arguing (his receipt was a bussiness card with some words written on it far from being legal) so i kept insisting to give me a receipt and he refused he just wouldnt give me one at all he said that the card was a receipt and it was good enough ... theres no way im trusting this guy and little bussiness card so i took my phone back and thats it now im trying to let people know about this place and the unprofessionalism that i went through
