Mr. Engel is my computer"s guardian angel. I have been using him for years on my office computer while I was still working and simultaneously on my desk top computer at home. He is knows everything needed to set up and fix any type of computer issue. Today he updated my virus protection by using his remote access and answered all my other questions without hesitation. I give him a 5 star rating and suggest anyone needing help with their computer to call him before anyone else.
