CEO is a very strange person, it's like a trip back to the 70s meeting him.

Don't waste your time here in todays labour market, there's literally no reason when you could just work at a modern workplace instead. This company used to trade as IMS Incorporated. You can find more employee reviews under this name.

I'm still pretty new to IMS Incorporated, but so far my days usually look something like this:

- working side by side with the CEO and his team, discussing new ways to drive business, overcome challenges, and turn leads into long-term sales
- general administrative duties, online shopping (supplies), brainstorming ideas with the CEO and/or his team
- traveling to various real estate and/or coaching events throughout North America, assisting the CEO with presentations and sales (the most recent was in Chicago)
- following up with clients and prospects
- learning about how our exclusive real estate statistics program works
- data entry, sales set-up

I commute via the TTC and there's a stop both directly across the street and in front of the building next door. There's also free parking on-site for those who drive.

The CEO has been in business for 29 years and has staff that's been here anywhere from one month (that's me!) to 12 years, respectively. He pays well, the hours are decent, all leads are provided, and sometimes the CEO will even drive you home or to a nearby destination if you're leaving at the same time that he does. 🙂

All in all, it's a pretty great gig for someone who's accustomed to working hard, knowing their facts, and has an interest in real estate!

Look understand that the CEO of this place has an unbelievable attitude that you just have to work in to see. I worked in this place for almost 2 weeks and learned that nobody lasts there for a month at a time in sales. He thinks he can belittle people and is extremely abusive. The craziest thing is that the entire staff dislikes him, even the ones closest to him. They live for the moments he leaves the office its pretty sad. Please note the staff is great every one of them. Its just the CEO. make of this info what you will, but when i started there everyone asked me why? and "didnt i read the internet reviews" lol now i'm writing a review to warn other people , pretty ironic.

Had it not been for my wifes insitance on moving to Vancouver, I would still be working there. All together, great people, especially the CEO. I will say one thing about him, he doesn't tolerate incompetance but if you do a great job, you get profit sharing and much more. I currently have similar work in Vancouver but I wish I was back at IMS Incorporated.

I worked there and lasted literally a month as this is a revolving door and CEO who is a tyrant...company manipulates reviews and erases them as this is by far the worst place in the world to work for...beware and stay away!
