They do global business sales with offices in the US, Canada, UK and India. They also offer hardware, customization, deployment and other professional services. Highly recommend for Digital Signage.

Writing a review from a candidate’s rejection perspective about an employer.

Thank you for considering my application for the role of Technical Support analyst position.

A quick recap of what my interview experience with this company was:

First round interview on Dec 17th, 2020
No response after sending follow ups but called for a second interview, 6 among their shortlisted candidates on February 2021. Then on Feb 5th, it was concluded that a response will be sent soon. Nothing till now until an email is sent to CEO last week, where the CEO cc -ed to IT manager/ Hiring Manager. So far no response.

In order to check with the status of the position, I checked LinkedIn to see if the application was open and still it was accepting applications.

After carefully considering the feeling of being “ghosted” by this company for months (not limited to myself but to a lot of potential candidates), I have decided to withdraw my interest in this position or successive openings from this company.

A positive or a negative response are like both sides of a coin but at least you could have sent an automated email say either of the two rather than responding to applicants saying that it could be under consideration or being checked with the hiring manager.

If this is the way of hiring your employees then I’m really curious about how you appreciate the business with your clients.

Really bad client service. the CEO (Gajendra Ratnavel) and the technical support analyst (Safouan Abidi) schedule and interview on MS Teams and did not even show up or anything. that is not the way to run a business and have a professional job. just like how time is important to you'll time is important to everyone else also. If i can give youll ZERO stars i will and i will recommended no one to join this company as they do not care about peoples time. Even from the CEO to run a company and do this.
