Very good affordable CRM. Pay once, no monthly subscription. Install locally. Every small business should have quick access to their clients and prospects and this is an easy inexpensive way to address that. As a professional services company I love the project management module. Again, simple to use and effective. Highly recommended.

I made the switch to InfoFlo CRM Software last year. My biggest regret was that I didn't do it sooner. The program is very intuitive and user friendly. The staff at Carmel Vision were very helpful when it came to customizing my product to suit my needs.

THEY WITHHELD $748.00 of my refund. They told me that they would refund our money if we were not satisfied. The software did not integrate with our existing software they way InfoFlo said it would. I spent approximately 15 HOURS correcting the damage done to our Outlook appointment calendar. WE SPENT $2424.00 AND WERE ONLY REFUNDED $1676.00. I asked for a refund but they INSISTED on working out the kinks. I declined but subsequently gave in when they reiterated that we would be fully refunded if not happy. The software STILL DIDN'T WORK with my programs so I insisted via a few emails on a full refund to which they replied that they would not give me a full refund and were going to hold back their time spent (even though they were the ones who insisted on it). I'm out $748.00 and about 40 hours of my time PLUS the downtime of our system.

My company has been using InfoFlo's contact management software over the last two years and we love the product! It has helped streamline our entire operation and the sales team performance has also increased it's performance now that everyone is on the same page. We love the collaboration feature that way we have one shared customer list and the Outlook sync works great.

Overall InfoFlo is a great solution for any business looking for a simple and affordable CRM solution.

very bad service, they sell you one time license and your data should be yours forever and that is not the case, they want to charge 199 per our for a minute fix, if they take their time they keep charging, 199 per hour, they are abusive don't use them, they will rip you off big time
