Everyone in the kitchen staff is highly toxic and will make rude jokes about your loves ones and the manger of the kitchen allows them to get away with them doing it.

If I could give a negative number rating, I would. The building inside is extremely old & rundown. Paint is peeling in rooms & doors. Floors & general areas are yucky. Reminds me of a prison. Our hunting camp is in better shape. Seriously. They rarely show the inside building on their online sites. Nursing doesnt return family phone wellness inquiries about our loved one. Poor, non existent communication about issues. The administration​ don't appear to communicate with each other. Then try to shift blame to families. Requested a transfer asap for our loved one. To be fair.. the staff that works directly with residents have a difficult job and do a lot with a little. Saw lots of care & patience. Volunteers deserve a big thanks for making daily life more enjoyable. Overall though, would NOT RECOMMEND.

Shoreham Village has an extremely caring and loving staff... which is worth far more than any amenity. The activities planned by the recreation department are numerous and varied, and they encourage a healthy social and spiritual life, as well as physical and mental well-being. I like visiting there.
