Be cautious when selling or giving product knowledge to Wasim, he will take that info and pressure for the model #'s and go elsewhere to buy without asking if you can match an online competitor price. The loss of the sale does not matter as much as giving my time and knowledge on various products because he was debating between two products. I also explained how to construct the wall so it will handle the screen weight.
He then called me a week later for a wall mount, and I was willing to help him as he state he is buying the mount from me because I have done so much for him, I then found a substitute wall mount (original was BO) in a rush (while I was out of town for medical appointments). I reserved the mount for him to pick up next day because that's what he wanted. He never picked up the mount, nor my phone call for 3 days, then told me he found the mount on Amazon.
I don't normally write about anyone however when you're a small business and you take the time to inform a client on the products for a project, the decent thing to do is give any small business the opportunity to compete with an online price you find, especially since they did all the work to find you what you need and all he had to do was type in the model number in a search bar. This is the reason small businesses charge more on a product we know and use the products so we have experience unlike a website with a spec sheet.
