Fortunately for me a friend recommended ALBA Tech Solutions back in 2015, and Scott has been my and my relatives 'Go-To' ever since. Over the years we have enlisted Scott to fix laptops/iPads that have had a multitude of issues and when we’ve purchased new laptops Scott has set-up and ‘tweaked’ them to provide optimal performance. ALBA Tech Solutions service is outstanding, the down time minimal, the costs reasonable and the follow-up most excellent. At each initial consult, Scott will listen to your request/issue, confirm and even suggest additional tweaks he may be able to do to further improve the end result. Scott is a 'wealth of information' and has always been eager to answer any questions - taking the time to explain in such a manner that, even those like me, who are totally 'not tech savvy' will grasp it (Bonus points for Patience and a Sense of Humor).
After getting the diagnostics completed and before moving forward Scott will contact you. (Unlike many shops that will push through with the work, then present you with a bill for work/parts you were not aware you needed nor give approval for) Scott will review his findings, discuss your options, cost estimates and confirm your decision. In most cases he will also waive the cost of the diagnostics if you choose to have him complete the work.
Scott's invoice contains a breakdown of all steps/troubleshooting taken to achieve the end result. His detailed report and notes also include much appreciated tips and recommendations. Scott is always happy to provide any follow-up info/guidance and can even lead you through it - on your laptop - remotely. This is an extremely helpful and timesaving tool.
ALBA Tech Solutions has proved to be an invaluable resource for me. I do highly recommend ALBA Tech Solutions.

Had serious issues with my laptop, called Scott Ferguson at this company to see if he could help me. He took me in immediately, treated me with respect and had my laptop back to me in 2 days. I would definitely recommend to anyone to use this service as he is very professional and trustworthy.
