We've used BeckTek for a number of years and have done so due to their great technical support. They've become and important part of our operation providing us with both in house and on line technical support.

We have had computer technicians now dating back 30 years and BeckTek has been the best.and we now have had several years of their supporting our office. With over 30 years of using various technical support - BeckTek has without a doubt been our best.

We have a number of computers in house and portables, and needless to say when something is failing you need support. This past week one of the portables went down. We agreed with BeckTek it had outlived it's usefulness for the position it was covering and we agreed to replace it. We ordered one in - it came, a lot of information had to be transferred from the old to the new, it was done and we were back in operation with the new unit with very little interruption.

Were pleased to give BeckTek a five star, and our recommendation for service well done.

Far superior service in trouble shooting, customer care, equipment knowledge and follow through. They have become an intrique part of our operation. As we know new programs are always being added, disruptions do happen, we need our network to be secured, monitored and to be kept secured, and there's often a new piece of equipment that has to be added and an older piece often replaced. BeckTeck has been extremely good
