I've been here twice for 2 different laptops. The first one had a bad accident with hot chocolate (photos of the laptop with review), and they were able to save all my irreplaceable photos, videos, and documents. And I was able to pick it up i a few days. They gave me diffrent option from saving all my data to saving the whole laptop and the probability of if it was worth it or not. When my husband ran over his phone at work, they were very straightforward about what they could do and that it would probably need to be sent away and how much it would cost. As for the second laptop the hinge came out and popped out the touch screen, it was dropped off on Friday evening and picked up Monday and working great. Thank you guys

I was extremely pleased with the service given by Ethan. He went above and beyond to help me in a very time sensitive manner due to sudden computer issues. He made sure to get me back up and running by the following day and everything has been working great ever since. The prices and service are excellent. So thankful to have found DigiBandit.

I had a terrible experience with them. I took my MacBook in to have the display replaced and was told it would take two weeks due to shipping, which I understood—no fault of theirs. However, I was then asked to pay for the part upfront, which didn’t make sense. Why should I, as the customer, be responsible for this while they, as the company, aren’t? After waiting the two weeks, they received the part and replaced the display, only to discover it had a problem they couldn’t fix. They had to send it back, and I had to leave the country without my computer and without a refund. It took an additional two weeks to finally get my money back. The whole situation was ridiculous.

Absolutely fantastic service from these folks! I've had my gaming rig cleaned, 2 printers fixed, and a gaming mouse back to working in top form again in the past 10 months.
They explain how they will go about figuring out a problem and contact if they run into any issues that require your input. Very thorough and professional. Excellent place for IT needs!

Ethan went above and beyond for a data recovery I had brought to them, he was super responsive and kept me well informed of every step of the process and delivered excellent results! 5 stars for the work done I and my mother in law cannot thank you enough for recovering her irreplaceable family pictures from her damaged drive. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the greater Moncton area for IT needs
