I was so happy when I found this service with great reviews, especially after they confirmed they could indeed engrave my mom’s urn. Transfer was easy from Simple Wishes to them, as this was the place they had been using. When I got a call from Simple Wishes saying that my mom’s urn engraving had been botched and there was no way of fixing it, we were all so disappointed and sad. Sadness turned to frustration and anger when there was no apology from the company, nor any offer to recompense us now that we had to buy a new urn. They just dropped off the ruined urn and ran…not the way to handle something like this that is so meaningful to the family of the deceased person.

Response to owner: I didn't put this review to shame you, on the contrary, I stated the facts and that's it, and left all emotion out of it. When I look at Google reviews to choose a place, I want to know the good and the bad. As for contacting you, I was in contact with Simple Wishes, and they tried contacting you numerous times, and you never returned their call, so that part of your response about not trying to contact you just isn't true...

I called to see if he could engrave my son's graduation gift and how much it would cost. Price couldn't be beat. Would have cost me 5x more if I have gone to a jewelry store. With no guarantee that it would have been back in time for the graduation. Brought it in, and it was done 20 minutes later. Beautiful work. Highly recommend this guy to anyone who needs engraving done.

I was looking for a gift idea to be engraved as well as a necklace for myself. I went to a local Facebook group asking for recommendations for a place that does engrave work in Sudbury. Lightbeam laser creations was one of the recommended place. I reached out to the owner and heard back within 15 min. He was able to do my order in less than 2 days and the work is amazing. Even after I requested to have a minor change made to the final product they where able to make the change on the spot with no issues and was very pleasant to communicate with and they where able to execute my idea perfectly and it came out just as I wanted. The prices are very reasonable and the work is very clean. I highly suggest going here for any engrave work you need to be done.
