Completely satisfied with the professionalism, meticulous standards, communication and workmanship. The team worked with me to under promise and over deliver a totally refinished basement in an old house that had to go back to the studs. I asked if they could stay on and reno my upstairs bathroom. The Reno is stunning. I’m very picky about finishes and Lance worked with me to nail the final design. Highly recommend.

"I hired Orr Developments and their team to add an extension to my cottage, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the beginning, they provided a clear and detailed plan for the addition, ensuring that the design would blend seamlessly with the existing structure.

The project included a complete renovation of the existing cottage and adding a 20x25 addition with a full basement (Including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, New kitchen, living room, dining room, office) and the team was professional from start to finish. They were very mindful of the aesthetics, and I’m impressed with how well the new addition complements the original style of the cottage.
