One star is more of a rating than they deserve. The absolute worst apartment management company that has absolutely no clue how to conduct a business let alone manage an apartment complex.

It was bad experience after bad experience from failed maintenance requests, to waiting around for people who didn’t show up for appointments, to receiving a damaged apartment upon handover, to them absolutely having no idea what was going on. I would email them and receive responses from two different people saying two different things. I showed up for my move out inspection (which I had an appointment for) and no one showed up so I emailed them and said I was waiting at the apartment. No one showed up so I walked over to the office and they informed me the guy it was with wasn’t in the office today. I told them someone else would have to do it as I drove an hour to get to the appointment. Someone else did in fact do the walk through with me but later in the day I received a response to my initial email saying that the guy wasn’t in and he would contact me tomorrow to reschedule, so they didn’t even know that it was already done. That’s just one example of how utterly disorganized they are and they become a liability and risk to individuals financial lives. They served half of their tenants with court documents for unpaid rent when it was actually an admin error on their part.

The number of horror stories I could share would surely show that renting with them is absolutely not a wise choice.

I gave them some grace and was patient with them as they newly took over a complex but it’s been over a year and they are still absolutely clueless and awful to their tenants.

Run far far away from them.

Took over Nox and nothing is going well. Nice building 0 service. No one responds and no one comes for any kind of maintenance. They tell you anything you need to fill it on the website and they will do it big or small but no one does anything no reply no service no nothing.

Beware of this property management! They took over NOX and nothing seems right anymore. They will ask for your banking information countless times, then never debit your rent on time. They will often blame their office in Toronto for data entry delays, send your file to TAL, and a bunch of other shenanigans. Linda Charette who is the property manager displays a shocking inability at grasping basic concepts.
