The phone to receive another modem was very simple and quick. They provided with multiple options of how you wanted to receive the modem. We chose to pick it up at the Hanover site. The lady who connected with us was very polite and greeted us with a smile. She provided us with the modem and gave a treat to my kids. Another worker was coming in as we were leaving and held the door open for us. Very pleasant experience.

From Dave, Jennifer and Ashley in the office to the site team - Rob L, Dave, Chris, Mike - that came out to create our plan; our service techs Mike, Devon and the crew and the IT team that helps us whenever we need them - 24/7/365.
They're patient, ask questions and take pride in providing great customer service! Flexible install schedules, consistent quality service and internet coverage, great packages. We love the HUB platform.

Definitely one of the easiest companies that I've dealt with. Given the fact that they're one of the few available companies in the area, the risk would be that they would try and get away with cutting corners around support or service, but not the case. They've always been extremely helpful when I call in about my plan, or my service.

The worst internet connection in the world signal cuts out 20 to 30 times in a 24hr period makes running a internet based business worthless and lose thousands a month, get starlink and save yourself the lack of a solution from this company...they just don't care they just want you 100bucks a month

Worst internet I've ever had to deal with. I'd much rather spend a few hours hanging with a garrote rope around my neck than waiting hours upon end for a decent connection. Thanks for killing my sanity, I think I'll switch back to dial up though.
