Great park. Lots of different size attractions that work with different skill levels, and pretty clean! It’s close to a children’s playground, open green space, and a community centre which really makes it feel integrated into the community!

Super fun park for the kids. We brought the little ones during a quiet period so they had the opportunity to try their 'wheels' in the skate park without worrying about getting run over by the older kids. It could get quite busy in there during peak times!

Every park should have this type of easy to create and inexpensive platform for fun. All I see parks being used for are when dogs need to be walked otherwise they are empty and deserted. An opportunity neglected when parks could have similar creations like this one simply produced. Not just for skateboards in fact but for scooters, remote control toy cars and for play areas good for ball hockey, or makeshift mini golf sort of activities. Why do we have so many parks that are basically void of anything useful unless you are a child who wants to slide down a barely satisfying slide or a dog who needs to take a dump. No one else uses these parks for more than a short cut to walk right through to the other side. So unless you have small children or a dog there is no use for the many parks in town. Why can't we make use of these vast green spaces better by simply constructing useful activity areas such as this skate park with all the city's people of all ages in mind. Even if you wanted to go sit in the park there sometimes are no areas to get shelter from the sun even so that's not even fun. I see the many parks in town empty and void of any use most of the time. Except for the 20 square feet of play structure for small children and the odd dog being walked the parks are major community spaces tax money pays to keep well groomed and grass cut for a small segment of the community to occasionally use. There must be more of this sort of concept created in our parks. I see kids playing ball hockey on the roads often enough - why? There could easily be a pad of concrete poured at a park they would be inexpensive and simple to make available. Let's make use of these valuable park resources for more than walking dogs!

My daughter recently started riding a trick scooter, so we've been checking out local skate parks in the area. This is the best skate park we've found in town. Lots of variety. She's enjoyed it a lot. There's a small playground next to the skate park as well.

Great place away from traffic to learn the basics of skateboarding on ramps and rails. Wish I had open air and free locations lime this when I was a kid. We had to build our own ramps and improvise in public venues.

Stopped by here for a break on a recent road trip. My boys loved it here. Quite a decent sized skate park. There was enough to challenge them.
