Wish I could leave 0 stars. Lived in this area under tcc all my life and have never had a reliable internet connection. After complaining weekly for a number of years we finally got them to replace the lines to our home from the distribution box but no more than 6 months later issues returned. Their prices are way too high for the speeds that they offer on a good day and on a bad day you can expect to lose connection every 25 - 40 minutes. If you have the option to take other Internet Service Provider I beg you to take it and not deal with this company.

Installation in both locations was excellent.
April is very knowledgeable, explains well and is patient.
We are using only the tv and enjoying the excellent image quality.
But the remote is NOT senior friendly.
Buttons too small, too sensitive and too many. The size of the letters in the guide and program description on the screen is small and difficult to read - for seniors
But we persevere

Set up of new system all good but not liking this new upgrade at all. Scheduled recordings r not by date. U have to go into each one to see. Only 5 hours of recordings (without paying extra) really sucks. Fast forwarding thru a recorded program doesn't ALWAYS show a small pic to know when to resume. Doesn't allow cancelling a single episode if set to "record all new". No longer able to pause a live show & then fast forward. The ability to go back 36 hours is nice but would be better if u could record those as well.

We had a great experience while they set up our new streaming system , they were knowledgeable and friendly , and gave us assurance that we cannot break the system, so while we are learning the new system just try every button. I have had to phone to get our router changed and they were here fast with he same friendly service . As we use this streaming service we have found that on some channels the sound is not in sink with the persons mouth movements, not sure why . Plus watching a hockey game the screen is hard to watch as the play flips from end to end not staying focused .The screen is skipping as it follows the play for some reason. The players seem farther away too. Seems the streaming has something to do with this . As for the service of TTC its top notch !

Service was excellent in setting up the new system and explaining how to use it. April took her time showing all the features and was very professional and neat in doing so.
The one complaint I have is the guide is not as easy to read as the old guide I wish that could be improved, otherwise it is great.

We upgraded our cable in October as part of the mandatory upgrade. We were hesitant to change but the technician who came was very patient and knowledgeable. She took lots of time yo set up and go through everything with us, making the transition smooth. Thank you

Definitely not a Senior friendly change over. Great difficulty with remote. Too many steps to get to just the guide. Remote is very touch sensitive for elderly fingers. Now days spent in silence can't find news or even his country music. Had everything memorized to just put in numbers with guide. Amazon this is not possible.

Absolutely amazing! Justin Durnin got me all connected, even though it took another extra longer drill to get threw my old, but strong foundation, made sure I was all connected and even came back to disconnect the receiver attached to the house. Best service ever! Thank you very much.
