Brought my computer in hoping to get it fixed, I was pretty sure it was a busted HDMI port since the computer it self was working fine. They said they'd give me a call with more information and that they would have it done in no time. Almost a week later I get a call from them telling me it's a motherboard and cpu issue and that the computer doesn't work at all, even though before I brought it in it was working fine. And now I have to pay $60 for them taking my computer apart breaking it and lying to my face about it. Absolutely terrible service and I would avoid it like the plague.

I would recommend Kawartha Computer Clinic in Lindsay, ON. My experience getting my laptop fixed was a pleasant, friendly, professional one. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and was contacted about the repairs and cost on Monday. My laptop was ready the next day and it’s running better than it did when it was new! Kawartha computer clinic was able to
Abstract software from a dead hard drive that was corrupted. The hard drive was for my arcade machine, with hundreds of games. They were able to recover everything, and place it on a new solid state hardrive. Happy with the service.

Brought my laptop in a few months back on a Monday and told them I absolutely needed it by Friday and I was told it would be absolutely no problem a few days at most. I also asked for a quote as I knew the battery needed to be replaced but was unsure how much it would be. They said they'd give me that when they saw what battery it needed, well Friday came around hadn't hear a thing from them so i called and found out they had ordered the battery and were going to fix it without giving me the quote and that it would take another week for the battery to even come in. After this too I took back the laptop and told them to call me again when the battery came in and with a quote and I never heard a peep from them again. They seem nice but the lack of organization and professionalism is pretty evident wont ever be going back to this place

Upon buying a new laptop, and due to my extreme lack of computer skills, I required a complete duplication of everything from my 4 year old computer hard drive, transferred to and appear identical on the screen of my new laptop. Paul accomplished this with friendly "same day" service at a very reason able cost. 30 years experience speaks for itself! "Top Shelf Service" at bottom shelf prices! Kawartha Computer Clinic will be my "Go To" location for all future computer support.

Brought my bricked gaming computer in for a repair. They figured out the problem and fixed it right on time. They found corrosion on the ram, which I honestly never heard of before and never would have figured out. And they fixed a bunch of other issues that were slowing me down. Charged a fair price. Great job guys!

Came to get my computer fixed and they did a great job, took only a few days to get it finished, and was pleased with the repair despite the fee being a bit pricey. However, I went back about a week later to get a new charger (I lost mine) and a USED charger was twice the price of a new one on Amazon. Would reccomend this place to find out the problems with your computers, but if you have the know how, to buy and install pieces on your own, as well as go elsewhere for buying accessories.
