I had a problem with my iMac. Took it too the girls and guys at Microage. They were extremely nice and said that they had a guy who could look at it, as they did not have much iMac experience, and he was coming up from Goderich. He called and said that it would probably need a new Fusion Drive, but that he wasn’t confident in doing it, as it entailed a lot of work. He recommended Happy Computers in Goderich (excellent people). My bill, when I went up to collect the computer, was zero! Two things come to mind here.
1. The people at Microage, had enough professionalism, to understand this needed deeper work than they were confident in and referred me to an Apple repair shop locally.
2. They were decent enough to look at this for nothing. I was not expecting that (no one should!).
Customer service was great. Excellent work everyone! Highly recommend.

Picked up a “refurbished laptop” from them, they don’t let you see it out of the box before purchase. I’ve never seen such a dirty laptop in my life. Especially for 600$ and some change. Disgusting. It looks like it was never touched or cleaned at all. GO ELESEWHERE!

Says refurbished! But won’t hold a charge for more than 30 mins. These guys are crooks!

I find it better to shop for computer and office supply related items online. Unless you like being followed around and treated like theiving gutter trash. If your in a bind and don't mind paying between 20 & 90% mark-up, they will gladly look down their nose's at you too maybe! 2 stars is really generous for the many times I been made to feel like less than worthless scum by shopping there.
