Internet is junk. It's always going down and their techs are useless. You can call them with your modem unplugged and they will tell you everything looks fine with the modem from their end. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. I've called a dozen times today, the number is always busy. If I can get a hold of anyone I'm going to cancel my service and go somewhere else.

In our 24/7 world, I find the lack of customer service on the weekend a little disconcerting to say the least. My internet is out right now and I have nobody to call or talk to about my issues.

The service techs are good, but the ladies that work in the office literally know less than the average 2nd grader. The service they offer is absolutely horrible. I am so excited for Hurontel to finish their fiber lines in town and put kincardine cable out of business. These guys have had a monopoly for too long and this is the main reason they treat people the way they do.

Honestly a terrible company. If you're looking for cable or internet don't go with Kincardine Cable. Internet goes out all the time and when we call customer service we are treated to terrible customer service representatives who try to put the blame on us. Been dealing with this for awhile now and all I can say is that we will be looking for a new internet provider.

At least once every two weeks I lose my cable. When I call I get told everyone is in the same boat.no apologies. Momentary Internet loss has lasted a day and a bit,,,how is that momentary.

Sit on hold for 10 minutes just to get hung up on before getting to talk to anyone .
Their internet is horrible!
