I had a wonderful experience at the London Drugs photo lab in Airdrie, all thanks to the amazing team—especially Ken C at the front and Kristen working behind the scenes.

I had accidentally ordered and paid for the wrong photo size online. When I came to pick them up, I realized the mistake and explained it to Ken. He was incredibly understanding and immediately checked with Kristen in the back. To my surprise, they were both so kind and accommodating.

Kristen offered me a refund for the incorrect size and quickly printed the correct ones I actually needed—which, to my delight, cost even less. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

Thank you, Ken and Kristen, for turning a simple mistake into such a positive and reassuring experience. You both made my day!

Went in for a physical and digital passport photo.
The staff knew exactly what was needed, took the picture, and provided the product in under 10 min. Wow, they are fast.
It was a great experience.
It's nice to see places and staff that care and they show it.

The pharmacy is amazing! They have always been easy to work with, and very quick. The store is also one of my favourites for general shopping, I love being able to get everything from my favourite make-up to passport photos in one spot. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I love their perfume selection here and came into the store to purchase two perfumes I saw online. The attendant for the aisle was busy with an elderly lady and I didn’t want either of them to feel rushed, so started looking through the aisles for the other makeup products and body care items I came in for.
The attendant and the lady were taking quite a long time (about 40 minutes) and actually ended up leaving the section all together to grab some other products, so I stated watching videos about the items I was curious about, and when I noticed they were out of stock online I started to look up comparable products to the one I wanted while I waited for the attendant to come back.
I guess this may have raised some suspicions that I was watching videos in the aisle because Becca started watching me and working in the aisles I was near, not really doing anything, just sort of moving things around but never asked if I needed any assistance with anything.
I didn’t pick it up until I noticed her in the lotion section with me.
I was so uncomfortable so I rushed and stopped even looking for my perfume and went to self checkout.

London Drugs is my go-to! They always have everything I need, but the pharmacy is my main reason for coming back. The staff are so kind, and I’ve never had any issues when filling my prescriptions. Their service is always reliable and hassle-free!

Worst store to deal with. I'm from vernon and my father has a physical disability as he lost his leg.. the vernon store was amazing the first one the battery for the atto mobility scooter was broken. So they contacted this store to get a " BRAND NEW NEVER OPENED " One shipped to them. As we got home and opened all parts weren't there battery, charger etc. And scratched and dented like it was crashed and covered in dirt. This store needs to train the workers more. I worked in sales and customer service since I was 17 and this is ridiculous and who ever okayed the mobility scooter for shipping to vernon needs to be fired. Cause the vernon bc london drugs was mad that this store lied to them

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the London Drugs Photo Lab. After coming from a truly awful experience at another store, we were feeling frustrated and defeated. That all changed the moment we walked in and were greeted by Jackie and Brandon.

From the start, Jackie and Brandon went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they assist us with our printing needs, but they also made us feel truly welcomed, valued, and even like family. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive one. They took the time to listen, support us, and ensure everything was exactly as we wanted.

It’s rare to find customer service this exceptional, and it deserves to be recognized. On what was already an extremely tough day for us, Jackie and Brandon made it a little easier—and we are so grateful for that.

A huge thank you to both of them for their outstanding support and warmth. It’s because of people like Jackie and Brandon that London Drugs has earned two very loyal customers. We will definitely be coming back for all our future photo and printing needs!

**New location**
Overall very nice and clean store, and the layout is a huge improvement especially the central market- you can actually walk around easily. The selection overall is pretty good, and they have some nice sales on occasion but some items just seem so over priced. An HDMI cable for $230+? Who is buying that? It would be better if they had a range in quality to choose from..

The photo lab and electronics are high points otherwise - the staff are also actually helpful and not irritating which is refreshing.
